The reading curriculum and materials are published by Scott Foresman. The series is called "Reading Street". There are many resources that can be found online that correspond with the stories that we read and skills that we practice each week. You can simply type in "3rd grade Scott Foresman Reading Street" to access the many resources. At the beginning of the week, your child will bring home an informational sheet titled "Family Times". This sheet contains information about the vocabulary words and skills that we will focus on in reading each week. This sheet is very useful :)

Monday: ABC Order
Tuesday: Fill-In-Blanks
Wednesday: 5x Each
Thursday: Study
Friday: Test

We do side A of the math lesson sheet together in class, and side B is homework. There are math tests every five lessons. Advice.....Study your addition, subtraction, and multiplication facts!!!
